Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to infogrfk.com only.
Who we are
infogrfk is a product of Verdena Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. Verdena Pte Ltd is the data controller for the information described here.
For anything in this notice, contact us at admin@infogrfk.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, plus a small amount of technical context:
| Data | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Your name | To address you properly when we reply |
| Your email address | To reply, and — only with your consent — to tell you when early access opens |
| Your message | To understand and answer your enquiry |
| Whether you are a creator or a curator | To understand who is getting in touch, so we can reply usefully |
| Consent record | Whether you opted in, so we can prove we had permission |
| Date, time and browser user-agent | Basic security and abuse prevention |
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as financial details, identification numbers, or health information.
Why we may contact you, and your consent
We use your details for two distinct purposes:
- To answer you. If you write to us, we reply. That is simply us acting on your request.
- To tell you about early access — only if you tick the consent box. This is optional, it is never pre-ticked, and you can decline and still get an answer to your enquiry.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@infogrfk.com and we will remove you from the list. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and costs you nothing.
Who else handles your data
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. Each is a service provider acting on our instructions:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Stores form submissions in our customer database |
| Railway | Hosts this website |
| Cloudflare | DNS, network protection, routing email sent to our addresses, and the anti-spam check on our form (Turnstile) |
| Microsoft | The mailbox we read and reply from |
| Google Fonts | Serves the typefaces used on this site (see “Cookies” below) |
| Google Analytics | Counts page visits — only if you press Allow on the cookie banner (see “Cookies and analytics” below) |
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Singapore, so your data may be processed abroad. We only use established providers that offer contractual protections for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Early-access list: until you withdraw consent, or until the list is no longer used.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, and only if you agree to it. No analytics cookie is set until you press Allow on the banner. If you decline, or simply ignore it, none is ever written — the choice is made before the tracking loads, not after.
We use it to see which pages get read and how people arrive. We do not run advertising or ad-targeting cookies, we do not sell your data, and nothing here builds an advertising profile of you. Google Analytics 4 does not record your full IP address.
Changing your mind. Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. To reverse it, clear this site's data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit. Browser-level "do not track" or blocking extensions also work; we do not attempt to defeat them.
The other third-party requests the page makes, stated plainly:
- Google Fonts serves our typefaces, and that request tells Google your IP address. This happens regardless of the banner, because it is needed to render the page.
- Cloudflare Turnstile runs an anti-spam check on the contact form to confirm you are not a bot. It may store a short-lived token in your browser for that purpose. It is not used to track or profile you, and it only appears on the form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Singapore's PDPA and, if you are in the UK or EEA, the UK GDPR / GDPR — you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete your data;
- stop using it for marketing, or withdraw your consent;
- restrict or object to certain uses, or receive your data in a portable format.
Email admin@infogrfk.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority; in Singapore, to the PDPC.
Keeping it safe
Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in an access-controlled database. Only people who need to see enquiries can. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect small precisely so there is little to lose.
Changes to this notice
infogrfk is pre-launch and this site will change. If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. When the app launches, a fuller privacy policy will cover accounts and uploaded content — this notice only covers the website.
